Although the face of Sunbury continues to alter, the community spirit certainly doesn't and this is reflected within The Phoenix.
In the winter there is the roaring fire, which provides a comforting retreat from the brittle English weather. For the summer, our stunning garden that extends down to the river. Close to the lock and moorings this elegant pub is the perfect place to relax after your trip along the river or after a hard days work!
The Phoenix is full of warm ambience and with freshly made food and our speciality ales there is no reason to not join us for a drink as soon as you have been here once, you will feel you'll have been a local for years!
